I would never send anyone I know to this company, the three workers there have horrible customer service skills, they lie and are rude. The contracts on apartments are so picky-you can expect for them to never return a deposit to you. Even if you are a good tendent and follow the contract , never having a pet or giving your notice, they will not do a walk through with you to make sure they help do all they can to make sure you get your deposit back, they just assume you have voided your contract , they take your money, and run. But, if your one day late on your payment, double charge you. They will go weeks of leaving you with a running sink , or a dishwasher not working, even a month without air conditon in the middle of July. They will get to the repairs when they want to. All the while you pay monthly right on time. They will show your place even before you get all moved out. Please take my advise and never rent from R and K properties. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!
