Review content:
My boss and I tried Tuggs today for the third time. We both agreed that we would give this place ""3 strikes"" since the first two times we went we experienced service slower than a snail's pace, cold fries and even colder hamburgers. On our most recent visit, we arrived at 11:30am for lunch on the patio. The patio was less than half full at the time. We quickly placed our order. 45 minutes later the food arrived. My fishNchips were greasy and cold. My boss' chicken fingers looked bad and tasted worse. The server was slow and inadequate. This may be a good place for a cold beer on the patio after work, but avoid for lunch. It took us three times to finally come that conclusion. Beware, I was charged for each non alcoholic plain lemonade. I had two lemonades and the cost was $7.30 for the two. The diet coke included free refills, but at a cost of over $2.00.
