We recently purchased a very expensive stroller at this store and after having it home from the store for one day, found it elsewhere for much less money, and from a place that would ship it to my sister's home out of state for free. Baby Grand had assemlbed the strolled for us without asking but also did not tell us that meant we couldn't return it. They would not honor the other price, would not ship it for my sister, and the owner of the store argued with my mother and pregnant sister for over an hour. My sister was sobbing (the owner could have cared less that his pregnant customer was so upset) and after eventually taking the stroller back, the owner actually told my mother and sister to never shop at his store again. I have shopped at baby grand for years and I was the one who suggested it to my mother and sister but per the owner's request we will not be back, and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same. I wish I would have read these other reviews before taking my poor sister to this store - I am glad we returned the stroller because they do not deserve our business.
