Review content:
I asked this company to install both my furnace and air conditioner. The men they sent to the house were downright frightening looking. The worker who was supposed to be an ""electrician"" did not do his job correctly, and the owner had to come out to redo everything. Two years after the furnace was installed, the pump leaked and damaged the edge of the carpeting in my basement living room. I reported it, was promised the problem was fixed. This year, I was away for several days and returned to find the pump blasting water all over my basement - I have over $2000 in damages to my basement. I phoned the owner at 10 AM to report the problem and he arrived at 10:30 P.M. - - that's right....night time. He then visited the sight of the disaster and said, ""the pump seems to be working fine now.."" and left. The following morning my floor was wet again . . he never returned to check out the trouble. Stay away from these people. They do NOT know what they are doing.
