Todd provides excellent service with a family feel. He is down to earth and can explain financial planning so that you understand it and not feel you are being taken advantage of. Todd advised me to purchase gold and silver several years ago before the boom (I wished I listened sooner) However, Todd is not pushy, he allows you to make the move when you feel ready. It sounds as if ""Careful"" review didn't understand how great of a deal she received as Todd does not upcharge like most. He is NOT big business. And yet he still tried to please this customer by taking even a bigger cut. Kudos Todd for your great customer service.
