SIBA MGT could not be any less professional. They display complete disregard for their clients and seem to go out of their way to inconvenience apartment hunters. They require an overly absurd amount of information for their applications. They claim to process the applications on a 1st completed, 1st serve basis but when asked about the order of arrivals, can give no answer. In other words, they lie about their own policies. On top of this, they work at a snail's pace and for anyone who knows the nyc rental market, this is unacceptable. It leaves apt hunters stressed out and often without an apartment at a critical time during the moving process. Don't expect them to return your phone calls or emails in a timely fashion either. They will make excuses all day and occasionally make a promises that they will inevitably break. Whoever is the owner should be ashamed of the people that represent SIBA to say the least, and more reasonably, should replace them with people who can do their jobs.
