fortunately, I pulled out an hour before signing the lease. I went to see the apartment, and when I applied for it, they called that I am qualified, but that apartment is not available. then a new apartment showed up in the listing so I went to see it. beautiful apartment, but when I called Mikki, she said that apartment is not available, even though listing said it is, and super said it is. instead she wanted me to take much inferior apartment for the same prize. So I asked some of my collegues to call her and ask to see the apartment, to which Siba said, yes, they can go and see the apartment. I called super again next day, and he said they are still showing the apartment. so inner voice in me screamed of discrimination. so I pulled of signing the lease which Siba wanted me to take. Also their office is terrible. Its in a building full of jewlery dealers. what is a real estate firm doing there? also, you really don't even have a table there to sit, and talk to a person sitting behind the window. when you are paying that much of money, you atleast expect to sit and not feel like you are buying a train ticket. I only lost 80 dollars for the app fee, but that is far better than loosing 7k and finding out that I have been scammed. Cons: a lot, terrible way they treat you, horrible office
