Review content:
I went in to City Wraps and identified myself as a new customer and asked to be walked through getting the advertised special. I was instructed to pick out any of the wraps listed under the Special category on the menu. The special was $4.99. The person making the wrap asked me a question that sounded to me like, Did you want ham? I replied no, just like it comes as stated on the menu. When I went pay, the total came to $7.92. When I inquired why was it so much higher than the advertised price, she said, the special was for a ? and you got a whole. So, it seemed that I misunderstood the question. The cashier did not offer to make any concessions, therefore I paid it. I shall never frequent this place in the future.
