I refer ALL of my friends and family to this dealership for both Sales & Service. I first serviced my old car there b/c I had heard of their outstanding service dep't. I had a major repair come up just outside of my warranty (for over $1500). The service dep't. got it taken care of for me under warranty. IT WAS AWESOME, who does that kind of thing?! I later decided to upgrade my car and went to Jerry Theimer in the sales department. He listened to what I wanted in my new car and paid special attention to my financial needs as well. Then Jerry got the exact used car I wanted, GM Certified too. He went all the way to Ohio to get it!! I will always go to Fred Caldwell Chevy for anything I need regarding my car, they're the best dealership I have ever encountered. Thanks...
