horrible customer service. poor product. i had my glasses remade three times and still can't see out of them. tried to return them but got nowhere with the manager working. she just kept trying to get me to pick out something else or let them remake it again. on top of that they refused to give me my full amount back even though it was very clear i couldn't see out of them. this place is a ripoff and a scam.
Pros: they do have a large selection and a buy one get one free
Cons: poor customer service and poor quality of product
