My daughter and I recently entered the local AVON store for the first time, located on Susan Drive in Normal. We approached a sales person and asked her a question and were shocked and amazed by this woman's sarcasm and rudeness. I was completely dumbfounded by her unprofessionalism. I love AVON products, grew up with them and am a former AVON representative. It's a shame to think people may go to this store for an introduction to this company and all of the wonderful items they sell only to be met with this kind of treatment. I would guess most people are going to run from this store and never return. I know I wouldn't dream of going back. Thank goodness for my representative so I don't have to shop there! What an embarassment to AVON.
