My fiancee' and I went to Maggiano's the other night for our one year anniversary, while we were there, my fiancee' is allergic to dairy and wanted to order a dish. We advised the server about his condition. Within minutes, a chef came out (this was at 7:30 at night!) and explained to us the details of the dish and that it would be prepared with care. What service! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and the excellent food and service at Maggiano's! Granted it is crowded, but what restaurant isn't on a Saturday or Friday night? It was busy, but our server took good care of us. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to sit and enjoy, but don't mind the crowdy nights (a tip~go to this place during midday or early evening for a relaxed dinner before 7 pm)
Pros: excellent service, excellent food, caring employees
Cons: crowded, but expected
