Review content:
I ordered shrimp sauteed with basil, green beans, bamboo shoots... one of the most traditional and safe Thai dishes. Right of the back I knew that something was wrong, because they dish came out dry! Meaning no liquid whatsoever in it. Although this is not a curry, usually there are some juices that flow out of the veges, meat and the water and oil they use to cook add to the favor. I asked my food to be spicy, and sadly they translated that into add tons of chili flakes... not good. You need real chilies! And thirdly, the dish was overflowing with beans... another not good sign. You don't want any one ingredient to over power your dish. The brown rice smelled old. The owners were super friendly, nice folk. They checked on me multiple times. It is sad that the food was so terrrible, otherwise I would go back. And there is no ambiance, this is more like a take out place. The prices are what you would expect for this kind of food ($15 for my dish), so if are looking for cheap, this is not it.
