Review content:
Russel's has been under new ownership, and most stores under new management in the last couple years. This store offers a wide variety of brands including: Wrangler, Rock and Roll Cowgirl. and Miss Me. The boot selection is one of the best I've seen, and I know the manager has personally tried to take comments and suggestions from customers strongly into consideration when making orders for new shipment. If you go into the store, and they don't have a brand you love, just ask! I know the people who work there would be happy to help you. And if that particular store doesn't carry it, ask to look at another Russel's location. The customer service is top notch, and I very much enjoy my shopping experience every time I'm in there. If you've been lately, you know what I mean. If you've tried in the past and weren't satisfied, I suggest giving the store another shot. They truly offer some of the trendiest western wear and hottest boots around! Oh and if you're looking for some of the hottest belt buckles around, this is definitely the place to look! Belt buckles are hand-made with some of the most beautiful stones I've ever seen. Love this place!
