I am a longtime customer of Pets Unlimited and was totally shocked at their response to a bad bag of dog food. Basically they refuse to stand behind their products. Both our dogs became sick on a new bag of Wolf King (longtime usage) and when taken off of it were fine. Returned the bag to the store and they refused to either refund our purchase, give us a store credit, or a new bag of dog food. Told us we bought it....have a nice day! Will NEVER shop there. Cons: Poor Customer Service
