We had gone to get a stereo. A nice one. Spent over and hour deciding the details and set a time for the next day for the install. They insisted on $80 deposit. So they wrote .up the ticket. Insisted it be for the full amount but promised to only charge $80. Well they charged $799.90. Took 4 days to reverse. Still won't give me my $80 back as they say it is half my fault because I signed the reciept. I explained that the employee said we had to list the full amount so as to know what the deposit was for. Manager says, too bad. Didn't you read the back. No refunds. No store credit..Nothing. Went across town to NEVADA AUTO SOUND across from peppermill. Awesome people, lower prices and had my stereo in same day. NEVER EVER go to AUdio Express..bunch of liars and thieves
Cons: Bad Customer Service, Not trustworthy, blame problems on me!
