Review content:
My chiropractor recommended Elizabeth and High Performance because I have a back injury that causes me a lot of pain - I did tons of physical therapy, but still was having some problems. Having worked out now for 2 months with Elizabeth, I am stronger and feel better every time. She is an excellent trainer, always pushes me and challenges me, but understands what it's like to be working with an injury so I'm not worried about re-injuring myself (as I have been with some other trainers). I'm not usually a big fan of gyms, but this one has a nice atmosphere - the other trainers are very professional and work with a wide variety of clients, and everyone's pretty low key and relaxed. if you are serious about getting in shape or addressing a chronic injury that prevents you from working out, this is the place.
Pros: excellent trainers, down to earth, friendly atmosphere
Cons: I wish I could go more often
