Review content:
Since moving to NC from the midwest (away from my Vietnamese parents) I have been craving authentic pho. Lime and Basil fulfilled my cravings! However, once seated, it took the wait staff and hr to get serve us water and then another half hr to take our order. It was almost 2 full hrs before we were served dinner. The LONG wait would make me think twice about coming back. But I have to admit, the pho has been the closest to my mothers in the triangle area... Back in where I live, Pho is half the price it is here... But perhaps only a Vietnamese person would know how truley inexpensive the dish is to prepare.
Pros: Good Food, Nice simple decor
Cons: , slow service, unattentive staff
