I've been coming here off and on for 10 years, the prices are high, and they usually don't have very common parts for my bike.(brake pads and stuff). I had a tire swapped out here yesterday.They took a brand new tire off the rim and damaged the bead. Tore out a huge chunk. When i called them they gave every excuse in the world starting with the typical; it was already like that. The nerdy fat guy with glasses who works the front counter, I think he's the manager, is who I spoke to. He was rude, unhelpful, a liar, and refused to take any responsibility for their crappy work. He said he watched the mechanic take the tire off, and that it was already damaged. He didnt watch anything, he sits at the front counter. Liar. He told me literally dont have your tires changed here then. Ive never had any mechanic damage something and just say too bad. Unbelievable! Tire prices are ok but all other prices here suck. They know nothing about what they do. They had to ask which side the sprocket sits on a GSXR! The most common sportbike there is! AVOID THIS PLACE! The Suzuki dealer is right accross the street and has better part prices anyway.
