My experience at the Hammond Aire Spa was just that an EXPERIENCE that me nor, my 13yr old daughter will ever forget!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upon entering the carwash my daughter was playing her DS( handheld protable game that cost 129.00) of course you are not to leave valuables in the car BUT of course your not anticipating anyone stealing your items either..........YES my daughters game was STOLEN........I informed management and he refused to question his employees!!!!!!!!!!!! I was very upset to say the least, my daughter was crushed. I called the police (very nice) he informed me that this was a civil matter and he could not do anything about it (basically). I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! and I will inform anyone that I hold the least conversation with about my experience there!!!
