The customer service at VIP Honda was exceptional. Jerry went above and beyond to help us find the appropriate car in our price range. Sales associates were knowledgeable, approachable, and not pushy. Our sales associate, Jerry, was extremely friendly and made a potentially nerve wracking experience of buying your first car, very comfortable and painless. Our overall experience was great -- we feel like we were treated respectfully, we were not pressured or pushed, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. In regard to the price, we feel that Jerry was able to help us get the right car for our price range. Of course, all new cars are expensive, but he helped us get the most bang for our buck. Thank you for helping us make our first car buying experience a positive one!
