Review content:
The first time A1 Carpet Care came over, their work wasn't that good. I called about getting a couch and two chairs cleaned, and they sent someone out who did the work, which is fine. However, I didn't look it over before he left, and at closer glance, he hadn't removed the cushions, cleaned under them, or cleaned their bottoms.
By the time I found this out, he was already gone. I called back to ask if this was how they clean, and the receptionist said they should have cleaned the whole thing. I told them to send different person, but she said she probably had to send the same guy. I didn't really like that.
Anyway, I actually was moving so I had the furniture out on the porch the next day and said to just clean them. They did get cleaned well the second time. I don't know who did it. One chair which was lighter and not actually cleaned that well ended up looking better. They were able to get more stains out. He said he was normally in the office, but I didn't figure out why he came to my house. I've used them for carpet many times and always been very happy. I was just surprised this time.
