I have been to Claddagh's by myself and have been very satisfied. So satisfied, that I decided to bring a group of friends to meet and eat on a Sunday afternoon. When we began to show up and request seating together, we were instantly made to feel unwelcome. Our waiter was rude, obnoxious, and highly unprofessional, as was the woman who sat us. One of our servers wanted to get into an argument over an order he got wrong (it was a child's plate, for goodness sake!!!). Yes, the food is good, the atmosphere is lovely, but THIS Claddagh's on 96th Street is just TERRIBLE when it comes to service, especially with parties larger than 10. And no, we were not obnoxious or rude (nor were any of us drunk). Believe me, it was embarrassing. Pros: Good food, nice ambiance
