I decided to try out the #1 ranked pizza place in Atlanta but I'm very sorry that I did. The service was absolutely awful!! It took them over an hour to make a medium pizza alone. After seeing many people who arrived after me receive their food I went up to the front counter to find out what the problem was. The owner told me that they had lost my ticket and were making the pizza now. I told him that it was ridiculous that I had to wait over an hour for a pizza and his response was ""Do you want me to do something about it?"" Not only was that rude but I didn't even receive an apology for THEIR mistake. I was completely disappointed with the entire experience and will not return.
