Businiess name:  Travis Credit Union

Review content:
Through military assignments I have joined several credit unions. I've been a member of Travis since 1984 and have had a few types of accounts; Savings/Checking, CD, loans, Mortgage's. With the online banking and a very large network of ATM's I can access my accounts within those access limits world wide. Recently VISA alerted to unauthorized card use and a Travis member service representative called within a few hours and resolved the problem with minimal disruption to me. One feature Travis does not have is the ability to access my accounts from another Credit Union through ""shared branching"". I am not always in the Bay area and having the ability to walk into a participating credit union and speak with an actual Teller would be very nice. Pros: Competitive rates, prompt service, excellent fraud protctn Cons: No shared branching
