Review content:
Everyone from the receptionist to the shampoo person to the hair stylists to the manicurists are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, educated, well trained and experienced. Every now and again there will be a "newbie" who is hired, but they are quickly taken under the wing of the more experienced staff, and they are well trained.
I have visited the hair salon and day spa on a number of occasions and have always been pleased. However, this particular day spa and salon can be a bit pricey, at least for this area, and I have always visited with a gift certificate I was given as a birthday or holiday gift. Ordinarily, this is a place I cannot afford but wish I could!
Not only do they cater to women, as you would expect, but they also do a fair amount of business for men, as well.
If you have the cash to spend, you definately want to enjoy some of the salon and spa services Capello's has to offer.
