What great service! My car was returned clean with no grease prints or parts/bags in car. He explained what was wrong and how it was repaired without making me feel like an idiot. I asked a few questions about the part he replaced and he explained it to me and showed me what was making the noise and why. I will always bring my car there and would recommended Jobbers to my family, friends, and to strangers. I've brought my car to other places and have been ripped off by being charged for a repair only to find out it wasn't done. I've felt humilated at some auto repairs when I've asked a question and they explain it to me like I was a mechanic. I actually had 1 place tell his other co-worker it's only a girl she won't know. I have and will never go back to them. The owner of Jobbers is a nice guy and makes you feel comfortable asking questions. Even dumb ones. My 1st experiece with him was my car had a horrible burning smell. When I went to get my car I found out the burning smell was from a plastic bag stuck to the converter. I felt stupid and was embarrassed and Jack told me I shouldn't be embarrassed. Most people wouldn't have thought to look under car. He just made me feel better about the whole situation. Please bring your auto electric needs to Jobbers and you won't be disappointed. Pros: Nice guy, Century shopping mall across the street and plenty of food places while you wait. Cons: none than I can think of.
