Wow, what a nut job that last reviewer must be! Probably another Groupon user who expects to get something for nothing. It's unfortunate that the web allows people like that to spew false crap about people just trying to do their jobs. I bet they also go to restaurants and order what the waiter recommends then refuse to pay the check. I don't work at Karma, but have been going to Karma for years and that's just not how they operate. If you want the best for your hair, go to Karma. If you want the cheapest, go somewhere else, cause I certainly don't want to have to sit next to you and listen to you complain!
