I purchased a fender american deluxe telecaster from EBay, You can imagine what I recieved! Could not even tune this guitar, I have had 2 professional guitar people work on this guitar only to find out it was not true anywhere on the neck. I ran across Haywire Custom Guitars on the Web. I called, I told Rick what was going on with it, his answer was send it to me and I'll look at it and call you before anything is done. I ask about all the options and all charges up front. He explained everything to me and possible cost. When I hung up I said he's just sold me a neck!! It took 4 days for it to get there and 2 days for him to work on it and 4 days back, couldn't believe he was that fast. When it arrived, I got my tuner and preceded to check the neck all over, I did not find a note that was off anywhere. It plays like a dream at about half the money I had already spent on other professionals. I highly recommend Rick for his workmanship and his honesty. I have 2 more that are going to visit rick very soon. Lynn Alford
