My husband was approached door to door by this company saying they were in the area and would give us a special rate since they were doing other homes in the subdivision. Since our house was new, and my parents never used a pest control service and had a horrible spider problem, we decided to give them a try. Their introductory promotion was a good deal. However, it requires you to sign a one year contract where they come out for a year beginning the very same month after the first treatment. I believe our offer was something like $60-70 every three months. The house did remain bug free during their treatment and it was safe for our cat. However, they would not give you much, if any notice, they were coming, so the inside of our house did not get sprayed hardly at all. Since we are first time home buyers we did not know what to expect. We did not renew our contract when it was up since they did not spray the inside very much. We will do research before we sign on for another pest control service.
