Review content:
Renting from Martin Property Management was a very poor decision, and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for apartments in Ames. They refuse to repair anything or even respond to phone calls about problems, and don't do any basic maintenance on the building. There are plenty of apartments to be had in Ames, so save yourself a year of hassle and aggravation: avoid Martin and look elsewhere.
