Review content:
I lived in Caralea Valley apartments for two years and loved it. I only moved because I got a new job in Charlotte and was tired of the commute. They are not the newest apartments, and the walls are a little thin, but overall my experpience was great. The office staff is friendly and knew me by voice over the phone and in person! Maintenance requests were handled very quickly. Rent rates are fair, considering they are in Concord. There were also a lot of parents and children, which made me as a single woman feel safe. I defintely recommend at least checking them out and see what you think. As I said, the walls are thin, but I was lucky enough to have good neighbors.
