I can remeber 2005 when I was sick. I had pneumonia and had to get some x-rays to find out how bad the problem was. So, because like most people in the world I had no insurance, I was billed. I can remember being hassled for a while by this collection agency. Being 18 in 2005, I wasn't very understanding. Now, being 23, I understand they were just doing thier job. I never thought they were rude....but no one likes to be hassled for money.
Pros: If you are understanding, they might be understanding too.
Cons: They are bill collectors...life is hard for us and them
