Review content:
This is my second time going to Raining Cats and Dogs. The first time, the owner Toni took care of my dog and she was wonderful. I decided to go back and unfortunately got PATRICK (who is apparently the other owner). He is terrible. Has no customer service skills and had my dog in a cage for hours. I dropped my dog off at a little before 7am, he said that he would call me when she was done. I waited about 2 and half hours then i called to see if my dog was done yet. He then told me that she would not be done until at least noon probably after since his dog washer wasn't there yet and she usually gets there at 9. It was already after 9 and he didn't say that they didn't have a washer until 9. Why did he take dogs at 6:30am knowing they cant get washed until ""around"" 9??? Knowing my dog was locked up for already at least 2 hours and would still have to go another 4 until she was done i decided to pick her up. When i got there i asked where my dog was and he said ""she is playing in the back with the other dogs"" this is NOT ok. My dog is a little 8lb dog and there were labs back there. They should not be ""playing"" together. I said You know what? ill just take her"" To which he replied"" well I did the initial cut so i am going to have to charge you something. That will be $20"" The original quote for everything was $45! At that point i wanted my dog back and he just kept asking for the money. So i gave him the 20 to get my dog back. I got her back and saw that he had cut nothing off of her. He did cut her nails and that was it. So i paid $20 for a nail cut. RIDICULOUS! He spent another 5-10 minutes yelling and myself and my mom about how if i wanted her done in an hour i should have went somewhere else and NO PLACE Will do her in an hour on a Saturday. I NEVER SAID I WANTED HER DONE IN AN HOUR! I will NEVER go back to PATRICK and i don't think he should be in the grooming business or anything that has to do with customer service. He was a jerk and very unprofessional
