Review content:
Last weekend my child had a horrible experience on the soccer field. But I emailed a lot of people & finally got a good response. The gentlemen from Metro appear to take it seriously and are trying to correct the issue. I did not get a good vibe from the man in charge of referees which are the problem. Hopefully the head guys at Metro can get it resolved so that my child will not be hit on the field again. Have to say, at least I got a good response for the most part, the Metro guys are really nice and now I do believe their focus is for the kids to have fun. Still not so sure about the head of referees. It takes a big person to admit that there were issues that were not handled correctly on their fields and to take the time to look into it. Pretty happy with the HQ Metro guys response.
