The greatest benefit in dealing with Five Points was peace of mind and knowing that the IRS was not going to beat my door down now that We had professional help. They were very responsive and showed concern with a very high quality analysis first before charging us a penny ! We were not given any false promises or unrealistic expectations. We must say it was their overall ability to listen, analyze and communicate that led to the excellent results for my tax issue. We can't thank you enough.
