I can say with secure confidence that CrossFit Houma is indeed a proper CrossFit gym, complete with at least 4 certified instructors and a friendly, challenging atmosphere. I am a certified trainer myself and have been CrossFitting for over 8 years now, much of it with my brother, the owner of CrossFit Houma. Brian and his wife Junko truly live the CrossFit lifestyle (Paleo diet and all) and keep up with the latest advancements in technique and safety measures. I can recommend their place without hesitation if you are truly interested in having fun while achieving your fitness, health, and conditioning goals!
