Well from the first time i called in to book my appt, i know this was going to be different. 1st off when i called to schedule my bikini wax i was greeted with a gentleman's voice, which in a spa just seemed a little odd, but he was very polite and professional and got my services all scheduled in a timely manner. My 2nd impression was as i walked in and nearly tripped over all of the retail right in front of the door, that could really go. But then again i was promptly greeted by a really cute guy that was able to direct me where to check in and then escorted back to the spa where i was to wait for my services, you know most places tend to point and say ""back through there"". He was very professional with showing me where to go and then offering a cup of coffee, which turned out to be not so tasty. While waiting for my services in the spa, i got to relax next to this really cool but odd fish tank that just calmed my nerves and helped set the mood. Within 5 mins i was greeted by Kelly for my wax and facial, which by the way was awesome!! top notch girl she is. After the service Kelly directed me back to the front where she helped me pick up some products. As i was paying for my stuff, i started thinking about my hair and asked the cute guy if there were any stylists available to talk to me about my hair. He said to give him a min and he would go check. Never in all the salons that ive been to has some many of the employees been so nice to drop what they are doing to help a customer out. After a quick chat with Amy about my hair i was ready to just open my purse and say take my money, she was great and gave me a lot of good ideas about my hair and then even helped my book the haircut at the desk and then sent me on my way. Overall, WOW! this place is top notch, people helping me at every part, no one leaving me to wonder aimlessly. Good prices for the results, may need to re-think the cheap coffee and who doesn't offer any juice or cold beverages?
