Consistently steller service. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Walser Nissan service in Burnsville, MN. Service staff are consistently courteous, prompt, respectful, and never intimidating. I always feel comfortable expressing my needs and well attended to within a quick time frame. They are flexible and accommodating to my needs. For example, recently a staff member brought my car around after it was finished as a courtesy since I am 7+ months pregnant, they expressed their concern that I not have to be out in the cold/ice if not necessary. I arrived very early for my service appointment, during a very busy time. I expected to wait, but was pleasantly surprised with only a brief wait and nothing but pleasantries. I highly recommend this service department above all others.
