Did not follow up on promises, ""discount for doing more than one room."" Said install would be started in less than a week, it took 14 days to start. Said the installation would then be completed in 2 days-IN AN EMPTY HOUSE-took more than a week. Installers left nails, screws, and loose razor blades all over the house! They knew we had small children. They also SMOKED in our newly painted, newly cleaned, new to us house! The owner said there would never be additional costs once it's paid for, that he considered that a contract, and WHAM! Two weeks later he wants an additional $500. He never even came to inspect or look at the final installation-which was never 100% completed! They left carpet untacked in closets! They put pads under the carpet in the closets, and never brought up the fact that they could not remount the closet doors that no longer fit. You should see the ""I'm too high to caulk"" job around the bottom of our toilet. Seams are coming up everywhere in the vinyl and the carpet we purchased. We are totally disappointed that our investment of thousands of dollars was not taken seriously.
Pros: they wanted our business. (talked a good talk)
