Businiess name:  Landing At Seven Central

Review content:
Walking distance from the Manchester-by-the-Sea train station on the Rockport line, this quaint neighborhood restaurant has it all: fine dining, a fireplace to warm you in winter, and patio on backyard waterfront in better weather. There's Trivia Wednesdays, raffle nights and live music on weekends- it's a place where everyone knows your name but at the same time, you can have a Romantic dinner or go alone with a book. A unique touch is the decor which features historic black and white photos of the town and nearby beaches. The Landing also offers catering, hosts functions for private parties or corporate events, and did I mention - it's only a mile down the road from Singing Beach. Whether you're a North Shore local or visiting from Boston, or elsewhere, there's no reason not to come here for the fish n' chips and stay for the Captn' Dusty's ice cream which they offer long after the respective summer stands close down. Pros: friendly service, fireplace, patio, fresh local seafood Cons: on-street parking
