I used to live in NYC so am pretty picky and Jasmine has the best sushi in DE that I've found (so far). The previous reviewer made the mistake of not sitting at the sushi bar. I agree that the wait staff is not as educated as they should be on the sushi-side of things but I think this is because a large majority of the DE patrons go for the cooked food. If you love sushi, SIT AT THE BAR. The chefs are friendly and will accomodate special requests and suggest ""specials"" they might have. We've had live scallops (yum) and some of the best oysters ever. I can't speak to the roll substitiuions b/c I'm a purist and prefer sushi (my boyfriend is even ""more pure"" and only eats sashimi). When it comes to the pure quality of the fish, Jasmine is simply the best around.
Pros: best sushi, great drinks (mojito!), fresh edamame
