I read every single one of these glowing reviews of cutler salon and decided to get my hair cut and colored there. The staff is exceptionally friendly, without a doubt, but the end result was nothing short of disappointing. I have no intention of bashing this place (it's obvious that there's a lot of talent there) but i left cutler hating my hair and have only over the past few weeks begun to get used to it. The cut was just odd and unflattering and the color was nothing at all like what i wanted and asked for (in fact, the color was the most upsetting thing about my experience. It looks even worse growing in than it did when i left the salon). I wouldn't necessarily discourage people from going here, but I would recommend that they be selective about who they choose for their services because I think some of the employees are better suited to certain needs and desires than others. If only there were any easy way to find out which stylists and colorists could best accommodate one's wishes.
Pros: Friendly staff, spacious
Cons: mediocre and disappointing results
