After years of not getting what I wanted for to much money, Pam at Cutler gave me exactly what I wanted for a super great price. She does a lot of shoots and isn't always in the city, but when she is get her. My hair is cool and young without being weird- bravo!
Pros: Cool cut, great price, mini tv's to distract
