If you 'want it your way' go to Burger King. Franny's is not your normal pizza place. As a matter of fact its not a pizza place. It is the best restaurant in Brooklyn. If you want a pepperoni pizza with onion and meatball, as i often do, don't go to frannys, becuase that's just not what they do. It's true that most of the pizzas on the menu can not be altered, but thats just the point. Chef has created complete dishes that really can't be improved. It is the best crust you'll ever encounter, and the pizza's are always balanced and insanely consistent. The pizza is amazing, but the rest of the menu is just as good. The wine list is always exceptional and constantly evolving. Yes its not 'cheap', but its worth every cent. (the prices are on the menu, if you don't want to spend the money, then just don't'
Pros: Worlds best crust, Staff are true foodies, Great wine list
Cons: guests at the table next to you complaining becase they can't create thier own pizza
