I decided to rent with Tempo, only to later wish I hadn't signed a lease. I should have been suspicious from the start when the President Joanne didn't arrive on time for our apartment showing. After patiently waiting for almost an HOUR for her, I called the office and got the message that Joanne was unapologetically late (my cell phone number was on file) Once the tour began I was abashed at the manner with which she openly criticized the living style of the current tenants. The tenants had done nothing out of the ordinary, but Joanne felt it necessary to make snide comments. Ohh yeah, I forgot to mention that the tenants didn't really seem to expect the tour.
Pros: Good location, nice apartments
Cons: HORRIBLE staff
