I thought I had written the review about how the owner never smiled. Oh my gosh. I used to take my Golden Retriever there. (Karen the owner also has a golden and KIDS. I'm not sure which one scares me more. ) She has the worst personality I have ever been around. I can't believe she is still in business. Everytime I picked my dog up she smelled like urine. They also mistreated her which was the straw that broke the camels back. I haven't been back there in 2 years and would NEVER recommend Karen's Hound Dog Pet Hotel to anyone. I would rather leave my dog locked in my bathroom for 4 days unattended than bring my dog to her. It is the WORST kennel in the area. I live in Eden Prairie and know alot of people and all I hear is negative about her business. STAY AWAY!!!!
