Review content:
I found the pet hotel to be nicer than I expected after reading other reviews. The building and lobby are very elegant and the kennels large and clean. My dog was a bit nervous to come in the first time but the staff up in the check in was really helpful. Schatzie seemed to calm down as soon as the helpers put her button on her. The lady at the front desk was personable and made me feel comfortable. She told me I could call and check on Schatzie as often as I needed. That made me feel quite a bit more at ease as I have really been hesitant to board her for such an extended period of time. I was prepared for bad customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their jobs and I got a good feeling from them. When I picked her up she was excited and seemed happy to see me. She came home clean and smelling good from her bath and proceeded to fall asleep on my lap immediately after dinner. She must have had a good time playing with the other dogs because she was tired! Her medicine was given as directed (she is on insulin) and she came home healthy. I will use them again (she is booked for the holidays) and I will recommend them to my coworkers and friends.
Pros: Staff, nice kennels, good hours
Cons: I wish there was one in Stillwater
