I called for an appt and got in the next day. I wanted to go there because it is close to my house. I spent 4 hours and 45 mins in Mike's (a co-owner) chair to have highlights and a trim. I walked out with color that was OK, and a cut that literally brought me to tears when I got home and got a better look. I've NEVER cried over an haircut and NEVER had to have it re-cut, to fix it... until today. The cut was grossly uneven in the back and the style wasn't even complete. My ""trim"" turned into several inches having to be cut to fix the original cut that looked like it was done with a weed whacker. They are obscenely overpriced, but I paid anyway, just to get the hell out of there. I would NEVER recommend this salon! It was a HORRIBLE experience.
