If you can make it past the fact that you get put on hold for 3 to 10 minutes (yes, I've timed them!) EVERY time you call to make an appointment... the service you get from the actual hair and nail staff is fantastic. Knowing that I hang up and don't make appointments on 75% of the calls because of the hold time, I wonder just how many people never get through. The best back-end staff in the world is useless if you can't make an appointment!
Pros: Hair technicians and nail technicians
Cons: Being put on hold for anywhere from 3-10 minutes every time I call to make an appointment
